How long does it take to get my album?
For Basic Books it takes about 2 weeks. For  Designer and Premium Albums, once we have copy photographed and scanned your material, it takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

How do you copy my old photographs and documents?
We have offices in Grand Forks, North Dakota and Dana Point, California (Southern California). We can accept your orders here or can arrange to come to you within our geographic area with our mobile equipment. Outside of these areas, we contract with local photographers to do the initial copy work. They send the RAW files to us. You can always send us your material via FedEx/UPS/USPS with a liability release against loss. We will do our work and return them to you promptly.

Can I scan or photograph things myself?
We prefer to do the copy photography on old photos to get the most resolution for enlargement. We will accept your scans if formatted correctly at a high resolution. Places like Kinko’s can help you get the best from you scans.

How many photos can I put in the album?
Your 40 page album will accommodate 100 images without being overcrowded. We can easily work with less images, but if you would like more images included you can add additional pages for $60 a page (up to 50 total pages).

How do you know who’s who in the photos?
Once we have your images digitized, we’ll send you a Proof Sheet containing all images with a number and a space for you to add information about the photo or document. That way we’ll be sure we have the correct information for placement in the book.
